Let Old Blue Work for You. My name is Aaron Brauer, I have spent the majority of my adult life building, maintaining and inspecting homes in Northeast Ohio. Over the years I have built a great rapport with my customers. My business has been built on Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism. I have always prided myself on going the extra mile for customers; not only to stay one step ahead of my competition, but to build a trust based working relationship with the home homeowner. I approach each individual inspection with the mindset that it is my duty and obligation to give the customer as much information as possible, within the framework of the InterNachi Standards of Practice, about their potential future home. What is a home inspection? A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a written report of findings. The client then uses the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase. The home inspector describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection but does not guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components.

Why get a home inspection? Buying a new home may be the biggest investment you’ll ever make. Although the process is very exciting it quickly becomes overwhelming. While the home you have selected may appear to be just what you’re looking for, how can you be sure there aren’t potentially serious unknown effects which can make your investment in your future a costly one. Having your home professionally inspected can save you thousands of dollars on items which you may be able to have the seller correct. I thoroughly inspect all major components of the subject property to expose unknown construction defects, and advise you about future maintenance about your home once the purchase is complete. My goal is to give you the information and confidence required to make an informed decision.
