Hi, my name is Aaron Brauer.  I have spent the majority of my adult life building, maintaining and inspecting homes in Northeast Ohio.  Over the years I have built a great rapport with my customers.  My business has been built on Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism.  I have always prided myself on going the extra mile for customers; not only to stay one step ahead of my competition, but to build a trust based working relationship with the home homeowner.  I approach each individual inspection with the mindset that it is my duty and obligation to give the customer as much information as possible, within the framework of the InterNACHI, about their potential future home.

My company has been built on Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism.  I believe my customers should be as informed as possible not only about their potential home purchase, but also about their home inspector.  Most inspectors come from a field work that doesn't necessarily require them to have extensive knowledge of a home's structure, systems and maintenance issues; most commonly these inspectors were Real Estate Agents, Appraisers, Engineers or Architects in there former fields or work.  This certainly does not make someone a bad inspector, but I feel me experience as a highly rated residential contractor, Brauer Home Services, gives me a different perspective than most.  While most national home inspection organizations have high standards and strict requirements, I believe that there is no substitute for experience.  My certification as a Licensed Residential Building Inspector through the International Code Council is what sets me apart from other inspectors, most home inspectors do not carry this type of licensure.  The following is a list of my accredited affiliations, click for standards and requirements:

International Code Council Residential Building Inspector #8211519

International Association of Certified Home Inspectors #1411405

InterNachi Certified Radon Tester

State Licensed Radon Tester #RT1019

National Radon Safety Board Member #16ss019

Angie's List Member

Better Business Bureau Member
